The Cleaning Process
1. Preparation
Before we arrive, we ask that you remove any fragile items from tables or dressers that you would like moved and cleaned under.
2. Walk-through
When our technician arrives, we will walk through the areas to be cleaned with you and point out places of concern, soiling condition, spots, and potential permanent stains that cannot be removed in the cleaning process. We will confirm the services to be done and give final quote.
3. Furniture Moving
We are happy to move as much or as little of the furniture you would like us to clean under, with the exception of electronics, china cabinets, pool tables, pianos, and other large or fragile items.
4. Soil Removal
By using our Truck-Mounted vacuum system, all extracted soil is then taken out of the house and into our truck; not released into the air inside of your home. The cleaning process is more thorough and effective, resulting in cleaner carpets.
5. Cleaning Agents
We use environmentally-safe cleaning agents to help with your indoor air quality for your family and pets.
6. Drying time
The carpet will be damp when the cleaning process is done. In most cases, the carpet dries in 6 to 12 hours. The time will vary by certain conditions: amount of soil, carpet fiber, carpet texture, and humidity.

Protectors
Most carpet fibers and upholstery fabrics are treated or made with a protector in order to keep them looking their best. Over time these protective finishes will wear off. After the cleaning process, you can choose to have a protector applied to your carpet or upholstery.
Advantages of protectors on carpet and upholstery:
- Spills clean up easier
- Dry soil is more effectively removed when vacuumed
- Coats the fiber; makes it wear longer
- Next professional cleaning is more effective
- Prevents some permanent stains
- Looks better longer--saves you money and protects your investment
